Easily, it would be amazing people like these – people who enjoy life, good food, good friends, great craic – yet have a variety of health issues that can sometimes get in the way.
🌀 Maybe its back pain, a bad hip, stiff knees, allergies or frequent migraines.

That’s when your cells stop responding to insulin’s signals to take up the blood glucose circulating. When insulin is being ignored, the pancreas produces even more, like a big bully gathering his gang. While insulin is on the warpath, the body goes in to fat storage mode and becomes inflamed. One heart surgeon described insulin to be like running a Brillo pad through your veins. Ouch.
