Even Super-Women Need Self-Care

As a busy entrepreneur in these hectic times, my business seems to always be my top priority. It’s my baby, how could I not put it first?

The mindset of sacrificing our own needs to meet the needs of others is something many of us share. We are super-women, able to get it all done in record time with our signature flair. But we need healthy, strong bodies to keep that S on our chests.

When we neglect our personal needs, it is easy for weight to creep in, let stressors affect us even more and soon, our physical and mental health starts showing signs of decline. Reduced estrogen as we age, which plays a vital role, speeds the process until it finally becomes the elephant in the room, and the room is growing smaller.

In my programs and working with my clients, we focus on getting maximum results with minimal efforts. Getting more bang for your buck. Our time is precious and so are we. 

We don’t need to block off hours of our day to get in to the gym, to shop for special ingredients for today’s meal plan recipes, nor do heavy journaling to track every morsel of food.
