We grew up in the era of dieting fads and unfortunately, a politicized propaganda of what “healthy eating” IS which resulted in the sickest, most obese nation that we are today. That’s not a coincidence. The term “yo-yo dieting” sprung because those diets we try over and over just aren’t sustainable and they are out of alignment with our human design.

Weight loss is the least important part: When you put on pounds during menopause, especially around your middle, it is a sign of systems running amuck inside you, setting you up for health problems in the very near future. It’s important to get back to our “factory settings” by adjusting our eating, moving and lifestyle choices that were designed to keep us lean, strong and healthy as we age.

1 Read the free resources, blogs, tips and challenges in the Resource Library and DO any of them. Then do another and another. Piece them together and you WILL make progress.
2 Join the “Second Half Sisters” in our private Facebook group where you can let your hair down and speak openly about issues that affect us women over 50. The conversations can’t be seen by scrolling eyes and rules must be followed, so it is a great place for additional support.
