I’m not much of a recipe creator, more like throw a bunch of things in a pan or Instant Pot, and see what happens. And when I’m finished, I may or may not remember exactly what went in it. I usually keep it simple and stick with my favorites.
If you are new to Whole Food eating (Primal, Paleo, Keto, Low Carb, Gluten-Free) it’s understandable to wonder what can be made without grains, legumes, sugar, vegetable oils or even dairy. The options are only limited by your imagination.
